                  SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES TYPING FEE - ADDITIONAL $25.00 MAY APPLY

    A one time additional typing fee of $25.00 may apply if special circumstances affect your case. This flat fee covers cases that require typing additional provisions -it is not a per-item fee. Special circumstances include but are not limited to: Jurisdiction issues, pregnancy considerations, paternity issues, guardianship matters, publication divorces, and protective order issues. This fee does not apply to every case. If your case qualifies you will be contacted before any additional charges are added.
