Payless Divorce Service, Inc. is a professional typing service that has been preparing uncontested divorce paperwork since 1985. We are a long-standing member of the Better Business Bureau with an A+ Rating. We are not attorneys and we do not provide legal advice.
We prepare no-fault, uncontested, pro se divorce pleadings.

We prepare documents based solely on the information you provide.
To begin, you will complete the Payless Divorce Worksheet. Once your worksheet is completed and your information clarified, our typist prepares your court documents. All completed paperwork is emailed to you — ready for printing, signing, and filing — along with a clear step-by-step written instruction sheet.
You may get started through the Divorce Service page or by scheduling an appointment online. If you prefer, divorce documents can also be mailed traditionally through USPS Priority Mail for an additional fee.
We also offer Courthouse Delivery in many locations to save you time at the clerk’s office. In some counties, our courthouse runner can submit your paperwork directly to the Case Judge for approval, allowing many customers to complete their divorce without stepping foot in the courthouse.
