Service Description
This appointment is for individuals seeking an uncontested divorce, with or without minor children. Appointments are held in person at our Tulsa office. During your appointment, you will complete the intake worksheet. At the conclusion of your appointment, your worksheet will be submitted to a team member for screening to determine whether your case qualifies for uncontested document preparation. If your case is accepted, the remaining balance for your typing service must be paid before document preparation begins. DEPOSIT POLICY: A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule an appointment. Appointments are not held without payment.

APPOINTMENT POLICY Appointments must be scheduled online and cannot be booked by phone or email. A $75.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Appointments will not be held without payment. Please note that the $75.00 payment is a non-refundable deposit only and does not reflect the total cost of divorce typing services. The remaining balance is due in full at the time of your appointment. Appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. All appointments are reserved and are not eligible for online cancellation or rescheduling.
